Change Your Billing-Statement Preference

In addition to viewing your billing statements online, you may also receive them via email. This is an opt-in feature only and is not turned on by default.

To opt-in to receiving statements via email:

  1. Log into MyFax Central at https://central.myfax.com/login.aspx.
  2. Click Update Account.
  3. Click the Billing tab.
  4. In the Billing Statement section, click Edit.
  5. Select an option for billing statement delivery:
    • I prefer to view my billing statements online only.
    • I prefer to receive my billing statements via email.
  6. Click Update.
