Update Your Customer Profile

The Customer Profile shows your name, company name, email address, and telephone number(s). Please keep your contact details current to ensure you receive service updates.

Note: Your profile must contain at least one telephone number.

To update your customer profile:

  1. Log into MyFax Central at https://central.myfax.com/login.aspx.
  2. Click Update Account.
  3. Click the Profile tab.
  4. In reference to the table (also shown below) on that tab: Click Add a Number (if you wish) next to your plan name—and/or Edit beside the information you'd like to update—and/or "Click here" to view our Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
    Contact EmailUsed to contact you with service updates, password resets, etc.
    PasswordA minimum eight-character combination of letters, numbers, and symbols used to log into MyFax
    IndustryThe business you are in
    Home NumberYour home telephone number
    Work NumberYour work telephone number
    Mobile NumberYour mobile telephone number
  5. Enter the new information and click Update. (To remove information: Place your cursor in the field, delete the text, then click Update.)
