Download a Fax

While your faxes are always saved in the Inbox, you can also download your faxes to your hard drive. You might want to download a fax for printing, for editing, or to have an accessible copy when you're not online.

To download a fax:

  1. Log into MyFax Central at https://central.myfax.com/login.aspx.
  2. Click VIEW FAXES.
  3. In Inbox, check the box next to the fax you'd like to download.
  4. Click Download in the toolbar.
  5. Save the file to a folder on your PC.

Note: If you've selected multiple faxes, they'll all be placed into a single ZIP file for download. You can also select files that you uploaded into MyFax for download, back onto your desktop.
